RETURNS 

Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, or paid by us unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise. All applicable promotions, offers, discounts, and coupons applied at the time of purchase will be prorated and deducted from the amount of refunds or credits. RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. Opened or used products will not be accepted. Due to COVID 19, all sales are final unless incorrect products were received.

 

SUBSCRIPTION 

Subscriptions are our way to thank customers for being the best part of what we do here. You must fulfill a minimum of 2 orders to be eligible for cancellation. Cancellations must be received in writing via email 3 business days before the next autoship run date. Request made outside of the 3 day period will not be accepted or refunded.  By enrolling in our subscription program and receiving our monthly discount you agree to these terms and cond to diagnose, prescribe or replace the advice of professionals.

SHIPPING

Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, but you will be notified as soon as possible. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 If a package is shown as delivered via USPS, UPS or FEDEx but has been stolen or lost from your residence you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen/lost orders will not replaced by us. 

 
Natural skin care products are not a medication, and we can only make recommendation for suitability of our products in certain skin ailments & conditions. Any recommendations accepted by a purchaser are accepted entirely at the purchaser's risk. Please see a dermatologist to be diagnosed with any skin conditions/diseases.

By purchasing our products you recognise and accept the fact that that some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that AGAPExoxo will not be held responsible for such occurrences. If you experience any allergic reactions, please discontinue use as soon as possible.
