What is your refund policy?
All sales made during promotional periods are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Body care, cosmetics, and skincare items are also final sale with no exceptions.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges on most items. However, loungewear that has not been worn or washed may be exchanged for store credit within 5 days of receiving your order.
Store credit is valid for one year.
Items that cannot be exchanged include:
- Bodysuits
- Biker shorts
- Leggings
- Products that include leggings
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will provide a return shipping label and cover the cost to return and replace the item.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a customer’s choice (not an AGAPExoxo error), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels for these returns.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing time is 7–10 business days.
After processing, shipping timelines are:
- U.S. orders: 2–7 business days
- International orders: 14–30 business days

Can I change my order after placing it?
No changes can be made 24 hours after your order is placed.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once a package leaves our facility, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery. AGAPExoxo is not responsible for delays due to:
- Customs
- Weather or natural events
- Carrier strikes
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Stolen packages
If your package is misdelivered, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact USPS, UPS, or DHL directly to file a claim.
What happens if my package is returned to the sender?
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be canceled and refunded once processed OR you may repay shipping fees to have it resent.
