All products purchased during a promotion period are final sales. All body care, cosmetics, and skincare sales are final and there are no exchanges.  Please understand that whipped body soufflés may possibly melt depending on your geographical location.  Please read scent descriptions on pages to see what your best fit is.  Please contact us at info@agapexoxo.com if you have any questions or concerns.

If AGAPExoxo has made an error, the original product must be shipped back to us, and the company will cover the shipping fee and send a return label. 

Any of the loungewear that have not been worn or washed may be returned an exchanged for STORE CREDIT within 5 days of receipt. Again, we do not offer refunds, but customers will be eligible for  a store credit that can be applied to future purchases. This store credit is good for up to one year.

Items that are not eligible for exchange are listed as follows: bodysuits, biker shorts, leggings,and  products that include leggings. 

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
